Responsibilities:
- A passion for transportation and the desire to evolve into a future safety auditor
- Providing customers with prompt service by providing advice, discussing customer concerns, including but not limited to walk-ins, emails, and phone calls
- Entering and updating clients’ information in our Yatara portal and spreadsheets
- Collect documentation required for transportation audits
- Determine eligibility for insurance policy
- Collect and prepare all documents required for new business and renewals
- Keeping current with activities and workload
- Follow branch workflows
- Schedule new business and renewal audits for safety auditors
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in the transportation industry
- Transportation dispatch experience
- Microsoft office 365 experience
- Outlook experience
- Superior accuracy, attention to detail, and work ethic
- Ability to interact with individuals at all organizational levels
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Able to be pro-active and work both independently and as a part of a team
- Positive and respectful attitude with both clients and co-workers
- High degree of professionalism and integrity
- Ability to multi-task, problem solve, critical think, and be detailed oriented
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Epic is an asset
- Willing to learn Commercial Transportation Health & Safety guidelines (Canada & USA)
- Willing to learn NSC (National Safety Code) guidelines
- Experience in the insurance industry is an asset
- General level 1 insurance license is an asset
- Punjabi speaking is an asset

Salary:
- $45,000 - $60,000 (Negotiable)
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday 9:00 am - 5:30 pm
